CTS .01 - TOPOLOGY OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESS.
Sustainable organizational functioning is possible when managerial processes systematically increase organizational strategic capacity and managerial performance. More-often-than-not, strategic capacity and managerial performance are enhanced by limiting administrative (bureaucratic) cost in relation to production costs. An administrative cost reduction changes managerial process dynamics. In particular, it helps identify the optimal interrelated set of key process variables aimed at achieving a certain strategic process outcome - change. The main objective of this management training is to help managers and students to identify process priorities  in view of a number of strategic organizational goals at hand. As a result such training shortens the time-frame for accruing a desired set of resources – material (labour-production or technology) or immaterial (labour-HR, market or know-how) and advances managerial discussions that broaden the scope of managerial activities (towards achieving the desired managerial objectives). This seminar reviews the set of core organizational processes and enhances managerial abilities to determine the set of key managerial objectives necessary for implementing a strategic organizational change.

Устойчивото организационно функциониране е възможно тогава, когато управленските кадри системно повишават стратегическия капацитет на организацията. Най-общо този капацитет се повишава като се ограничат административните (бюрократични) спрямо производствените разходи. Ограничаването на административните разходи е възможно чрез оптимизиране на организационния процес и системно оценяване равнището на представяне на служителите в организацията. Основната задача на управленските кадри е да осмислят правилно управленските приоритети, необходими за постигане на програмираните организационни цели в рамките на много кратък период от време. Това налага не само добро познаване на организационния процес, но и способността на управленските кадри да определят оптималния баланс от ключови управленски дейности, необходими за осъществяване на инициираните стратегически промени.
