This course defines the nature of Social Administrative Responsibility (SAR) and social entrepreneurship. SAR is studied & perceived as a function of the way in which government considers strategic alternatives in the public policy-making process & function of the way in which organizations carry out their strategic agenda. As a result, this seminar considers several business and public governance practices that reveal the importance of strategic alternatives in Strategic Decision-making as a core prerequisite enhancing the relative utility of each & every strategic agenda in the process of Socio-economic Development. In this sense, SAR is defined as am Architectonic system, where each phenomenon defines & every component dwells upon the process of choosing strategic alternatives; therefor & henceforth - thereforth, SAR enhances the potential of the Global Socio-economic System.
