DMS 03. – STRATEGIC PROGRAMMING: DNA Management.
DNA Management programs the organizational process. It codes organizational activities and determines their level of utility in view of the organizational dynamics at hand. The core argument is that the output of a meta-cognitive system is determined by the input and the dynamics of that same system. This argument is corroborated by a measure of compatibility – an intel calorie, assigned to each process-activity taking place in a different structure-administrative situation or environmental context. This course defines the significance of the three management approaches - Organizational Ecology and Capital; Situational Management; and Organizational Programming, conducive in their own way to the development of socio-economic management and practice.

DNA Management as a Scientific category meets such modern management challenges as:
1. It determines the dimension of the socio-economic functioning;
2. It digitalises reality and determines the optimum structure-administrative dynamics of a nation;
3. It measures the Meta-IT Cycle of a nation and determines the Socio-economic lag of the core structure-administrative changes taking place today, required for achieving the socio-economic goals of tomorrow;
4. It helps adjust and calibrate socio-economic and organizational functioning based on computation of the topological dimension of a cognitive meta-system.

ДНК МЕНИДЖМЪНТА идентифицира, фрагментира и сегментира осно-вните структурно-администартивни променливи в стратегическото управление. Определя се значимостта на три управленски подхода - Организационна екология; Ситуационен мениджмънт; и Организа-ционно програмиране - за развитието на социално-икономическата практика.

ДНК мениджмънта като основна структурно-академична категория отговаря на съвременните управленските предизвикателства като:
1. Определя измерението на социално-икономическото функциониране;
2. Цифровизира реалността и определя оптималната структурно-администартивна динамика;
3. Измерва метаинформационната цикличност - управленския лаг и динамика на общественото развтие;
4. Регулира и коригира организационното и обществено развитие на базата на топологичното измерение и съвместимост на ключовите структурно-административни метацикли.
