GMS .09 - SOCIO-ECONOMIC CAPITAL.
Socio-economic capital determines all structure-administrative measures, priorities and risks impending capacity-building and enhancing socio-economic development. This program includes the following topics:

Topic 1: Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Socio-economic
development (BEXO.ORG).
Economic dynamics produces social value at the point when public capital-the functioning of the public sector, is in equilibrium with the socio-economic potential of a nation. This seminar employs a process perspective on management and compares two functional socio-economic systems to exemplify this point.

Topic 2: Public Capital: Social Entrepreneurship.
Social entrepreneurship addresses public concerns by implementing a desired and necessary social change. It puts into practice creative solutions to socio-economic problems and orchestrates structural changes of meta-significance. Transformation of each economic system depends on the intel-calories employed in reversing an inert public governance situation.

Topic 3: Public Capital: Socio-economic Functioning.
This topic studies socio-economic management as a set of business activities that generate social value and enhance socio-economic sustainability. Capacity building is presented as a function of utility of each process variable conducive to public/private sector development. My utilitarian approach to socio-economic management projects and traces transformation as a result of the level of socio-economic efficiency and the preset developmental objectives.

Topic 4: Public Capital: socio-economic dynamics.
The stages of socio-economic development determine the innovative potential of a nation. Each society depends on innovations and its readiness, as well as ability to implement them on time. Structure-administrative decentralization of a governing body demands a Meta Informational Infrastructure and Input from a set of sensorineural indicators that serve as a catalyst for socio-economic change. In this seminar these indicators classify the scope and codify the zones of public functioning, i.e. the zone of public testing, adaptation, absorption and indifference.

Topic 5: Functioning society.
Sustainable development of the private and public sector is a result of rationalisation of organizational behavior - the synchronisation of the strategic activities with its strategic objectives. The process of rationalisation brings up and examines the role of Utility Management for the development of our Global Society.

ТЕМИТЕ НА СЕМИНАРА ВКЛЮЧВАТ:
ТЕМА 1: КОРПОРАТИВНА СОЦИАЛНА ОТГОВОРНОСТ И УСТОЙЧИВО СОЦИАЛНО-ИКОНОМИЧЕСКО РАЗВИТИЕ (BEXO.ORG)
Представя се интегриран модел за развитието на бизнес компетенциите и икономическата активност на регионите. Този модул включва практическо обучение за аутсорсване на проекто-дейности към трети организации.

ТЕМА 2: ОБЩЕСТВЕН КАПИТАЛ: СОЦИАЛНО ПРЕДПРИЕМАЧЕСТВО
Определя се същността на корпоративната социална отговорност и механизмите на нейната практическа реализация. Разглеждат се водещите социално-отговорни практики, стимулиращи корпоративното развитие. 

ТЕМА 3: ОБЩЕСТВЕН КАПИТАЛ: СОЦИАЛНО-ИКОНОМИЧЕСКО ФУНКЦИОНИРАНЕ
Фокусира се върху управленски дейности, създаващи социална стойност и повишаващи равнището на устойчиво социално-икономическо развитие. Определя се техният коефициент на полезно действие от гледна точка на целите за обществено развитие.

ТЕМА 4: ОБЩЕСТВЕН КАПИТАЛ: СОЦИАЛНО-ИКОНОМИЧЕСКА ДИНАМИКА
Разглеждат се зоните на обществено функциониране - зона на обществено тестване, приспособяване, асимилиране и безразличие. Идентифицират се приоритетите и мерките, стимулиращи устойчивото обществено развитие и социално-икономическо управление.

ТЕМА 5: ФУНКЦИОНИРАЩО ОБЩЕСТВО
Устойчивото развитие на частния и обществения сектор е резултат от рационализирането на организационното поведение - синхронизиране на стратегическите дейности с поставените стратегически цели. Процеса на рационализация извежда на преден план новата роля на иноватевния мениджмънт за развитието на организацията и обществото.
