DMS .02 - STRUCTURE-ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL. 
The objective of this seminar is to enhance managerial competencies and heighten the level of administrative sensitivity of company staff and managers. It reviews the components of the decision-making process and defines key managerial variables that influence organizational functioning (within and outside of the organization).  Subject of discussion are a set of strategic models and approaches conducive to sustainable managerial decisions of strategic importance. This seminar enhances managerial performance by re-calibrating business processes and operations.


Topic 1: Management Thought: Development of a Creative Discipline or an Industry?
This topic defines Management as a string of evolving scientific thought creating new knowledge by reflecting the stages and socio-economic development and industry challenges facing our Global economy. It explains the paradigm shift between all major scientific or economic breakthroughs causing a change in perception of Management Science or the development of new structural socio-economic doctrines.

The art of strategic capacity building is developed by the ability of decision-makers to narrow the scope of organizational functioning in view of the environmental context within which it takes place. This topic determines the functionality of strategic thinking by employing a process perspective as a means of public and organizational capital development. Process-based management seeks incompatibilities in the day-to-day managerial activities and serves as a method that enables public and private sector organizations to carry out structure-administrative changes leading to sustainable organizational and socio-economic development.

Topic 3: Strategic Programming and Organizational Functioning.
The output of a system ultimately depends on the input and the dynamics in this same system. There are certain managerial activities and behavioral aspects that enhance organizational potential for growth and other that reduces an organizations capacity to perform. These key managerial activities and core organizational variables are a topic of discussion in this seminar.

Семинарите допринасят за развитието на административните компетенции на участниците в обучението. Определят се основните стратегически модели и подходи при вземането на устойчиви управленски решения от стратегическа значимост. Очакваният резултат е повишаване на управленския потенциал на служителите в организацията.

Дефинират се основните управленски школи допринесли за развитието на стратегическата мисъл. Оценява се техния принос за стратегическото управление и за социално-икономическото развитие.

ТЕМА 2: Стратегически капацитет.

Семинарите в тази тема определят функционалността на стратегическата мисъл за развитието на обществения и организационен капитал - способността на институциите в частния и обществения сектор да осъществяват структурно-администартивни промени, водещи до устойчиво обществено развитие. Предмет на дискусия са видовете и формите на социално-икономическо и организационно функциониране. Определя се тяхната значимост и степен на устойчивост в обществен план.

ТЕМА 3: Стратегическо програмиране и организациoнно функциониране.
Тази тема обособява неврологичната същност на функционалния подход в стратегическото управление. Посредство него става възможно програмирането на организационния процес. Определят се неврологичните управленски дейности, водещи до постигането на желания управленски резултат.

Обучаемите имат възможност да развият техния администартивен капацитет чрез стратегически практикум, водещ до повишаване на техните стратегически умения.
