This seminar determines the type of interactions between all components of the structure-administrative process - management objectives, structure, competences, activities and situations. These interactions help synchronize the managerial behavior in dynamic organizational environment. They determine the core management criteria that advance  key management priorities, on the one hand, and the impact of all management activities in the business development process, on the other hand.
