CTS .03  - DIMENSION OF COGNTIVE FUNCTIONING.
This seminar determines the nature of cognitive functioning, i.e. the organic managerial preference to process and store new information. It applies cognitive frames in the process of Strategic decision-making and Strategic management. Strategy is studied as-a-result-of a cognitive computation – A DNA Cognitive Mechanism, that measures intangible variables in the process of reality creation. This course employs a mete-cognitive model to determine the level of compatibility among managerial activities, organizational structure and cognitive frames in view of the structure-administrative situation at hand. In return, such a meta-cognitive comparative analysis helps identify process dynamics; prescribes an optimal course of action; determines а meta-cognitive dimension of organizational functioning and computes the expected managerial/ organizational/socio-economic result.

CTS .03 - ИЗМЕРЕНИЕ НА КОГНИТИВНОТО ФУНКЦИОНИРАНЕ.
Определят се видовете и формите на когнитивно функциониране и приложението им в управленската практика. Предмет на анализ са системните и интегралните когнитивни модели. Управленското поведение се разглежда като резултат от характера на взаимодействието между елементите на когнтивната структура. Обособява се начина и равнището на въздействие на когнитивния инструментариум върху управленското функциониране. Определя се съвместимостта между управленско поведение, ситуация и очаквания управленски резултат. Изгражда се мета-информационната рамка на когнитивното функциониране и се определя практическата й значимост върху организационното развитие и устойчивостта на управленското поведение. С помоща на тази рамка, се определя съвместимостта между когнитивните променливи в процеса на вземане на управленски решения от стратегическа значимост.
