CTS .02 - COGNITIVE FUNCTIONING MODELS AND APPROACHES.
Cognitive functioning helps determine organizational structure and dynamics. It builds a multi-layer organizational framework, optimizing organizational processes and operations. This framework builds a new type of management approach which is defined as Management of Innovative Compatibility (MIC). MIC rationalizes organizational behavior and enhances the level of managerial performance, i.e. managerial ability to recognize, react, compute and implement a strategic change depending on the context of the governance situation. The main argument is that sustainable organizational development is a result of the level of compatibility between the framework of organizational and cognitive functioning. This level of interoperability in turn increases administrative capacity of the organization and measures its potential for implementing its strategic goals, as well as the time-frame within which the strategic objectives can be reached.

CTS .02 – КОГНИТИВНО ФУНКЦИОНИРАНЕ: МОДЕЛИ и ПОДХОДИ.
Същността на когнитивно функциониране определя когнитивно-управленската рамка, оптимизираща организационния процес. Тази рамка изгражда нов тип управленски подход, който се определя като мениджмънт на иновативната съвместимост. Oптимизира се управленското поведение и се повишава равнището на управленска устойчивост - способността на управленските кадри да реагират и инициират стратегически промени в зависимост от контекста на управленската ситуация. Основен аргумент е, че устойчивото организационно развитие е резултат от равнището на съвместимост между рамката на организационното и когнитивно функциониране. Това равнище на съвместимост на свой ред повишава административния капацитет на организацията и определя потенциала й за реализиране на стратегическите си цели.
