In this Abstract a Metaphysical Component of Reason (MCR) is defined as a term that pertains to the Political Consciousness Navigating Reality in Cases or Situations when International Law does not or cannot Rule over People’s Lives due to a Collapse of the International System governing Socio-Economic Relation. One such case is the War in Ukraine, where any & all Legal documents have been abandoned or at least became Mutually Unrecognized. As a result, they hold no Value in managing the Relations between the two Countries & therefore have little impact when Policy makers around the World refer to such legal Contracts in order to Justify their Stronghold Views in the process of defining their Strategies in the war against Putin Aggression. Here comes a Synthesis of these Metaphysical Components:

      - Putin cannot make Political or Socio-economic Decisions on behalf of Ukraine’s statehood Building & Development, i.e. statehood is based on Autonomy & recognition of minorities for the purpose of their integration in the Political life of that same country! Hence any Form of statehood that violates territorial integrity leads to Suppression of Liberty or imposition of Tyranny upon People’s Existence.

      - When referring to the War in Ukraine, Policy makers & Military Organizations must take in consideration the fact that the whole East European Region transformed based on “Good Faith” towards Russia by cutting their Military Equipment up to 10 times compared to their pre-transformation period of Existence.

     - Any country in East & Central Europe without the protection of a broader Military Alliance is succumbed to the Danger of devastation by their bigger neighbor lead by Putin’s Russia. This is simply due to the fact that ethnic modification of History in the Region has introduced many contentious issues that have not been resolved yet. As a result, any regional escalation of Conflicts will immediately translate in a Greater regional war, where any involvement of Russia will lead to enslavement & Political imposition of the Strongest State in the region over the Weaker states. This Socio-economic Phenomenon is called a “Security or Power Vacuum” & threatens the Existence of many states in other Regions across the World.



   - Money & Tears do not take place or have little to offer in any Fight for Independence! Thereforth, any delay or refusal of regional or Global actors to provide military assistance is the only factor dooming the fight for Freedom of any State; henceforth, defense & offence weapons must be readily supplied & provided to Ukraine & any Form of protection of Ukraine’s population must be immediately implemented, including humanitarian assistance, protection of Ukraine’s population by war-free zones with closed skies & enhanced Security over these area! A component that may not exist in Ukraine even Today!

     - Falsification of History & False Claims in the Region must not serve as a backbone forging the Political Strategy or Doctrine for Growth in any state. Thereforth, rapid deployment of Troops & Military Support in military intervention serves as a Catalyst for Action rather than False Reflection of Reality on the Ground. This Component of Rapid Deployment is also missing as of Today!

   - Nations draw their Strengths from Historical Accomplishments & in case international institutions allow these to be enslaved with little support or no resistance then many of them will seize to Exist! thus, making International Organization or Military Unions not only incompetent but also unreliable or unnecessary! This component leads to a diminishing degree of Confidence in the System Governing International Relations;

     - The lack of Confidence in the Global system of International Relations & poor Support for wars against territorial Annexations will Eventually endanger any Political System on Earth & lead to Totalitarian WARs around the World! Whereas the meaning of Totalitarian War signifies Destruction of Democracies & Empowerment of Autocracies/Dictatorships around the World! Immediate reference of this component is going to reflect in Dictatorships in Syria or even forceful rather than Peaceful resolution of the Revolution in Iran;

    - Democracies are going to Lose Ground in many Regions around the World, incl. Taiwan independence over China’s false pretense or claims!

These Metaphysical components or drivers for Political Governance in the conflict will require Your assessment on the Degree of Success of the Global Democratic World in Handling this Disaster in Europe!
