In difficult Times, I always refer to Core Truths. These Truths shape our Identity & develop our Capacities to handle a Life pressured by insidious Political Practices that often Spark conflicts that Grow out of Proportion. Dissemination of such inimical & disastrous practices/activities like war in the Middle East – Palestine, Armenia & possibly Iran, ultimately influence Political Behaviour that in turn Influence People’s behaviour in a violent way. The MANNER Politics or its Leaders hold-up reflect in their Societies & may advance a Psychotronic Genre of Life, where the expectancy of Calamities & Animosity exponentially increase & Business Opportunities, Happiness & Human Right systematically Decrease.

In particular, the Socio-economic impact of Aggression or Wars throughout the World lead to Refugees; Resources for integration of Refugees – housing, unemployment, and/or lack of Funding for Entrepreneurship, Business Opportunities & Growth. These phenomena skew Reality, which in turn lead to Humanitarian Disasters and inflict Irreparable damages on People’s Lives. Henceforth, here comes the need to Revisit, Comment & Analyse some of the core Processes that shape our Lives, Destiny & Future.

Privately & literally, i.e. Plainly, Accurately & Factually, this suggests that there are certain core processes that must be launched TODAY or better yet monitored, i.e. some core processes Underway (launched years ago) that have come to the surface or will be coming to the surface in the Near or Distant Future and appear as a Real & Tangible threat to Global Security, Peace, Economy & prosperity. In addition to revisiting these processes I will also offer Solutions, grounded on Public-Private Economic Projects to Manage Socio-economic processes that will Catalize Deeper Regional Ties & Cooperation in all Regions Throughout the WORLD!

These solutions are Advanced on the grounds of my private Projects that enjoy Intellectual, incl. Patent protection to guarantee a high degree of uniqueness, scalability & economic growth. The Point here is that the World must be Grown by Educational & Business Initiatives, as well as fundamental research findings that rest on Core Socio-economic Truths! In effort to address these concerns of tantalising & increasingly Volatile existence, I will CALIBRATE new Policies & Vision (or provide a new Focus) on Matters of Global Management & Economic Developments shaping this World as we speak. Unless I offer these Solutions, the Global deviation from it optimal course of action will skew Constructive & Normal International Relations to the Point of No Return. Henceforth my endeavour, herein, is to provide certain vigilance by introducing new or existing core International Processes & Approaches aimed at Governing this World with Manners – Negotiations, Dignity & Style.

2. Fundamental needs for Security Changes in EU.

“Animosity must not become a COMPETITION of Global AFFAIRS in XXI Century”

The EU has become a Transnational Union with its own Parliament, Council, Justice & other Governing Bodies created to make Superstate Decisions on behalf of or together with participating states. This process of Trans-National decision-making lacks an Important Pillar of Society-building & Growth – an Autonomous Security Architecture. The war in Ukraine has proven that all & any Global forms of Security are not eager to participate & to impose the necessary security in such disastrous Conflict; Hence, the need for a New Forms of Security Organization, designed to Harness & Corner EU security threats become a Necessity.

More so, an Independent Security Architecture comes with the Objective environmental constrained called “Global Unrest” caused by territorial claims &/or fights for freedom, incl. China’s territorial claims against most bordering states; Russia’s Imperial zeal to recapture former USSR states in Eastern Europe & extends its sphere of Influence in the Caucuses (possibly in other states in the Middle East). There are other territorial claims in Asia Minor & the Middle East because of the war in Syria, as well those deriving from claims of a Greater Israel.

A simmering conflict is the one that derives from Iran’s ambition to acquire a nuclear weapon, a claim Grounded on the FACT that this will spark a Regional Nuclear arms race, where the Main Opponents & threat will not be to Israel but rather to the Arab states (incl. OPEC members) & Turkiye! Thereforth (Therefore & Henceforth), the existing Security Architecture of EU, reliant to US & NATO seems to be insufficient & inadequate to address simultaneous security threats around the World coming from China, Russia, North Korea, possibly from Iran as well some fears of terror coming from the Islamic State of Afghanistan. The Conflict in Ukraine, however, shows that the real threat & conflicts in the World are not coming from Iran & Afghanistan but from Russia & possibly form China! This Conflict put to the fore few economic & humanitarian concerns - Concerns that are best addressed by Regional Economic Cooperation & Growth not by war zones. The fundament for developing such Forms of Regional Economic Cooperation & Forms of new Security Architecture must be the Anthropological Identity of all countries in Eurasia & around the World.

Such a process of Security & Economic Cooperation will Ultimately require new Forms of Organizations – privately held NGOs, created to reduce the role of Politics in Socio-Economic Management, while facilitating social sector Growth. Often Politics nowadays foster animosity & present a security threat rather than Peace & Economic opportunities. This puts to the fore questions about the existing Model of governance, in general, and the utility of Politics in Domestic & Foreign Relations, in particular. The process of Regionalization & new Security Architecture will require MAINLY privately held NGOs promoting Entrepreneurship & Social Sector Growth & also Greater Representation of all states in the Global Institutions for Peace & Humanity. This envisions more regional member states in the Security Council as recently Voiced first by Turkiye in March and then by UN in September of 2022.

3. Core Security Challenges Requiring a Change in Global Security.

On Lessons of War:

Any war has many Fronts & they often appear as part of a Greater Whole called World War 3. It is naive to think that wars start and end on a particular day as wars exist first & foremost due to violation of bi-lateral & International treaties – meaning wars are not by chance but Intentional & purposeful. If this is true, then wars often tend to escalate & enlarge their scope though Political & Military unions. As a result, if any Conflict is not properly treated & responded in-kind, they will fuse the Global landscape with animosity & will “Deepen the Divide instead of Bridging the differences”; thus, they tend to become a Part of a Greater Whole (a World War 3 warfare).

The recent war not only bluntly dismissed all treaties signed between the two states – Ukraine & Russia, originating since 1991, but also revoked or violated many International Treaties with respect to conducting a war & prohibition of war. This eradicated all points of reference in the bi-lateral relations between Russia & Ukraine, on the one hand, and between Russia & the rest of the World, on the other hand. By not responding in kind to the Aggression, NATO & EU facilitated its escalation & set the stage for unhampered violation of International Laws causing many civilian deaths and destruction in Ukraine. A lesson from this conflict are the stages of escalation to a World War 3 warfare:
- Strategic positioning;
- Disruption of Economic & Military Unions;
- Control of World’s resources;
- Targeting Political & Military centres (digital & physical warfare);
- Export of nuclear weapons on conquered territories to avoid Mutually Assured Destruction, a component the makes it legally possible to threaten the well-being of any People on Earth without the possibility to directly retaliate to a Nuclear Aggression!

Henceforth, the aggression in Ukraine, if allowed to unfold unhampered, will set dangerous precedents around the World with particular focus on states that do not belong to any Military Union – Scandinavian States (Finland & Sweden) or East Asia states left in vacuum after the disbandment of the former USSR. In addition, it will allow Russia to use the territory of Ukraine to fire nuclear missiles to any state without the possibility of any state to directly retaliate as the weapons would have not been fired from a Russian enclave. Instead, legally binding statues will unleash a rapid response on the conquered state annihilating a large part of its population (i.e. Ukraine, instead of Russia). As a result, the precariously “legal” comfort of Straying aside & not even outside Ukraine’s invasion set dangerous precedents for Global Peace, Security & Cooperation around the World.

Any War symbolizes a lack of concerted effort or coherence to hamper aggression as a result failed Policies that the World has recently witnessed. These policies were reflected in several Political & Military events due to different Regional Priorities. Among these events are:

1. *Brexit policies;
2. *Failed Middle East Policies, including:

- territorial wars in Palestine & Armenia;
- unsuccessful Iranian Nuclear program for Peaceful purposes;
- failure of NATO, EU & the World to resolve the conflicts peacefully in Syria & Afghanistan;
- failure of EU to extend Economic Cooperation to the Middle East and foster Middle East Regional Development & Growth!

3. *A lack of a Staunch EU security Architecture.
4. *Calls for NATO disbandment & abandonment of United Nations by some states.

These and other events lead to Russia’s aggression & the Meta-Brutal situation in Ukraine, i. e. renewed fight for spheres of influence in East Europe & the Middle East. If there are any lessons that the World has learned by such Wars, these are:

^Wars never self-resolve;
^The Multiplicator of Injustice encourages more conflicts & incrementally increases devastation around the World;
^Socio-Economic loses come at not only Humanitarian but also at Economic PRICE!

A more immediate lesson from the War in Ukraine is Russia’s inclination to escalate the Conflict based on Capabilities. This most certainly poses the question how to deal with Wars or what are the possible approaches to managing a war or any given Conflict? An immediate response to this includes:

Approach 1:  A Proactive Security Approach (PSA) – the best conflict management & human oriented approach as it pre-empts close of boarders & skies over Ukraine. This approach precedes a following disaster from unfolding aggression by positioning troops around the borders with Ukraine & creates a no-fly zone over Ukraine, i.e.:

- provides security to all civilians & humanitarian support, incl. temporary Housing & Food & Commodities;
- Protect corridors & fight back Russian bombers;
- Run rescue military operations on the ground;
- Most importantly NATO & EU get the chance to prepare & get ready for FIGHTING WW3 if necessary.

Approach 2. Reflective Security Approach (RSA) - the event of securing all Boarders & Sky follows the Disaster of Aggression - being the Insecure Management Approach as it often devalues people & leads to many casualties. This approach basically relies on imported weapons but DO NOT secure the boarders in effort not to aggravate the Conflict situation. This allows the Aggressor to continue unhampered and increase human casualties due to the lack of proper Military Shield or Barriers to protect civilians, while limiting aggression!

Approach 3. The Entrapment Security Approach - Letting the Aggressors come in & not letting them leave the scene! – this is considered being the riskiest Approach as it will lead to destruction of Infrastructure & if it Fails, the country will be subjected to harsh Military appeasement, where it will:
- become another satellite or part of the aggressors Territory;
- lose its Industry & National Pride, as well as Accomplishments, i.e., part of its Identity;
- enslave the population into Gulag Camps;
- Allow the Secret Services of the Aggressor to abuse all People’s rights.

Approach 4. The Incremental Build-up Approach - Gradually extending & escalating Military Power to the point of meeting the Aggressor's Strength; Being the UNCERTAIN approach as to the Aggressors Capacity to expand or extend military Powers. Yet, if a Country fights a stronger Coalition of Forces, its chance of success depends on Dividing the Coalition Forces & Fighting smaller military Contingents. In the war against Ukraine this would suggest escalation of the war based on a military Union between Russia-China and extension of the war zones to countries in East-Central Asia & ALASKA.

The above put to the fore the Necessity of an independent EU military Alliance, as well as of military build-up & armament of all EU states. To live up with dignity & respect to challenges of Today, EU needs:
- 20k new fighter jets & drones;
- 3K nuclear U-boats (submarines);
- 10k choppers (patrol);
- Sophisticated Thermo-electric Anti-ballistic missile system;
- 30 carriers; 6.
- 8k guard ships;
- 5k transport planes & bombers;
- 25 K tanks & arm vehicles! – All made in EU for the needs of EU!

If aggressor (Russia) can be stopped, it can only be stopped by & with Weapons! A WW3 can be only elusive if M.A.D. is real, visible & tangible. Otherwise, the World will be oppressed by Russia's forceful demands & empirical Rule.
